Temporary position with potential for permanent employment Position: Production Operator Compensation and Benefits: * Hourly wage: R$ 10.00 (average of R$ 2.100,00/month); * Transportation allowance or shuttle service (depending on location); * On-site meals Main Responsibilities: * Assist in material unloading, sorting parts and tools; * Handle parts using hoists (comprehensive training provided); * Perform disk grinding and prepare products for firing; * Carry out pin closure and other production process steps; * Accurately complete production forms and daily reports. Requirements: Completed high school; * Prior experience in production or logistics environments. * Must reside in Caieiras, Franco da Rocha, Francisco Morato, or Perus. Work Schedule: Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off — Monday to Saturday; fixed day off on Sundays; Shifts: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
