Job Summary: Professional responsible for programming, operating, and maintaining CNC bending machines, ensuring quality and tolerances in part production. Key Highlights: 1. Program and operate CNC bending machine 2. Perform autonomous and preventive machine maintenance 3. Ensure quality and tolerances during bending execution **Responsibilities:** * Program, adjust, and operate the CNC bending machine, ensuring tolerances and quality in bending execution. * Verify, sort, and move materials according to production orders. * Perform bending machine setup, respecting load limits and manufacturer guidelines. * Correctly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as per work instructions. * Identify parts using standard labels. * Perform autonomous machine maintenance, monitoring its operation and notifying leadership in case of anomalies. * Carry out preventive machine maintenance according to available instructions. * Accurately complete production orders, part labels, and maintenance plans. * Perform other tasks as directed by the supervisor. **Requirements:** * Experience in this role; * Completed high school education; * Basic Mechanics / Reading and Interpretation of Drawings / CNC Bending Programming Course; * Basic Windows knowledge; * CNC programming knowledge; * Knowledge of tooling; * Skill in fine adjustments and machine calibration; * Ability to follow technical instructions; * Easy access to São José dos Pinhais, Afonso Pena neighborhood.
