Technology and innovation are key pillars for Lacmar; however, significant investment has also been made in the professional development of team members, as the Maranhão laboratory recognizes that optimal outcomes are achievable only when professionals are committed, qualified, and driven by a strong social purpose. **Prerequisites:** Technical course in Clinical Analyses; Minimum 6 months of experience; Experience in various types of collections is desirable. **Responsibilities:** * Collect biological materials according to Laboratory procedures; * Package biological materials and support transportation of biological samples; * Perform temperature control based on the Laboratory's Work Instruction; * Properly dispose of sharps, infectious, chemical, and general waste in accordance with internal guidelines; * Organize and support inventory control of materials used in daily operations; * Assist in cleaning and maintenance of facilities, equipment, and materials, as needed; * Organize and archive department-related records, ensuring information confidentiality; * Comply with quality standards stipulated in RDC 786/2023 and PALC 2021; * Comply with and enforce biosafety standards, adhering to the Laboratory's internal guidelines.
