Participate in training for continuous improvement **Job Mission:** * Responsible for performing sample preparation steps according to the defined flowchart and laboratory work instructions. **Job Responsibilities:** * Perform sample preparation activities using drying, crushing, splitting, sieving, and pulverizing processes, in compliance with work instructions. * Archive and dispose of samples according to internal procedures. * Comply with and ensure compliance with the Code of Ethics, safeguarding adherence to clauses concerning ethical duties common to all employees. * Report to immediate leadership matters related to one’s area of responsibility, presenting and discussing problems and irregularities and proposing solutions to support the definition of procedures and actions to be adopted. * Perform activities in accordance with operational procedures and remain updated on departmental procedures and processes, aiming for continuous improvement. * Guide new employees regarding activities inherent to the area, accompanying them and facilitating their familiarity with equipment. * Keep the workplace, equipment, and materials clean and organized to maintain good operating conditions and preserve occupational health and environmental aspects, as well as safeguard company assets by requesting maintenance, repair, and/or replacement whenever necessary. * Participate in training sessions when called upon, dedicating oneself to achieving the desired work performance. * Perform related activities as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Prerequisites:** * Completed High School education; * Reside in Tucumã or Ourilândia do Norte/PA; * Availability to work on a rotating shift schedule (night shift and weekends).
