The professional will be responsible for handling leads generated from targeted Google campaigns, identifying each client’s needs, and offering fast and affordable solutions for consultations, examinations, or surgeries. **Responsibilities:** * Deliver human-centered and customer-focused service; * Prepare clear and customized quotations according to the client’s needs; * Schedule consultations, examinations, or surgeries with partner physicians, clinics, or laboratories; * Ensure prompt responses to avoid long waiting times for clients; **Requirements:** * Proven sales experience, preferably in telephone and WhatsApp customer service within the healthcare sector; **Technical Skills:** * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to multitask effectively Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.700,00 - R$2.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
