Job Summary: A Physical Education professional responsible for assessments, exercise instruction, student motivation, and organization of the weight training area. Key Highlights: 1. Instruct and motivate students to optimize results and prevent injuries 2. Conduct detailed physical and functional assessments 3. Ensure organization and cleanliness of the weight training area Conduct physical and functional assessments of students using appropriate tools to identify physical fitness; Instruct students on correct exercise execution, teaching proper techniques for each movement to prevent injuries and optimize results; Keep students motivated during training sessions, monitoring their progress, providing positive feedback, and adjusting workouts as needed; Ensure organization and cleanliness of the weight training area, maintaining equipment in good condition and providing a pleasant environment for students. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's or full teaching degree in Physical Education; Valid registration with CREF; Basic computer skills (WORD, EXCEL) preferred; Stretching techniques; Familiarity with relevant equipment; Training programs.
