From the simplest to the most special moments, we help make life tastier for many people. **Job Description** ---------------------- * Map, redesign, and standardize processes with a focus on efficiency, quality, and scalability; * Develop and implement strategic KPIs, monitor results, and propose corrective actions; * Lead medium- and high-complexity continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other methodologies; * Facilitate improvement workshops and internal training sessions; * Conduct root cause analyses (RCA) and propose sustainable solutions; * Manage and evolve the CSC Service Excellence Program; * Conduct internal audits and propose action plans for improvement; * Develop Power BI dashboards and analytical reports to support decision-making; * Support partner areas in identifying opportunities for process automation and digitalization; * Actively participate in governance forums and continuous improvement committees; * Comply with the guidelines set forth in BRF’s Sustainability Policy and ensure adherence to the BRF Sustainability Plan through routine activities that promote management, compliance with ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) indicators and global commitments, ensuring alignment between individual actions and sustainable development across BRF’s value chain. **Academic Qualifications** ---------------------- * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. **Desired Qualifications** ------------------------- * Proven experience in continuous improvement projects; * Postgraduate degree in Process Management, Lean Six Sigma, or related fields; * Green Belt certification or higher (preferred); * Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel; * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency; * Strong communication skills across all hierarchical levels; * Ability to work autonomously; Apply now and join BRF!
