We are looking for a **Customer Service Intern** who wants to join our team, share these values, and help strengthen the excellence in service we provide. **Responsibilities** In-person service; Reception and welcoming of patients; Scheduling of consultations and exams; Telephone, email, and WhatsApp service; Patient confirmation; Support in performing ECG, MAPA, and Holter exams; Other duties related to the department. **Preferred Qualifications** Experience in medical and dental clinics. **Qualifications** Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program from the 2nd semester onward in Administration, Hospital Management, or related fields. Monthly stipend + Transportation allowance (VT) Monday to Saturday (3:00 PM to 8:00 PM) Position type: Internship Contract duration: 12 months Compensation: R$700.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance
