Opportunity for practical learning in daily activities ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Integra Sistema develops and enhances technological solutions, focusing on the **IBot** and **IVox** systems, consistently pursuing innovation and improvement of user experience. Integra Sistema is seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and technology-oriented **Information Systems Intern**. The intern will **work directly on technical support and routine development for the IBot and IVox systems**, contributing to the continuous improvement of solutions and user experience. **This is an on-site position**, enabling closer interaction with the team and practical learning in daily activities. Depending on the intern’s development and performance, **a transition to a hybrid model is possible**. The intern will actively participate in the following activities: Provide technical support to customers and internal teams. * Contribute to the creation and enhancement of routines in the IBot and IVox systems. * Support customer relationship management. * * Assist in identifying and resolving technical issues. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Currently enrolled, from the **4th semester onward**, in one of the following Information Technology programs: Software Engineering; + Information Systems; + Systems Analysis and Development; + Computer Science or related fields. + Good understanding of computer science and programming principles. * Problem-solving skills and critical thinking. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team. * * Strong verbal and written communication skills. ### **JOB BENEFITS** * Internship stipend of **R$ 1,500.00 per month**. * Commuter allowance compatible with travel distance to the office. ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Contract type:** Internship
