Support for HR department routines and internal communication Responsibilities: * Support recruitment and selection processes (resumé screening and interview scheduling); * Assist in the onboarding and integration of new employees; * Organize and update employee documents and files; * Support timekeeping and benefits administration; * Provide support for HR department routines; * Assist with internal communication and endomarketing initiatives; * Support training and development activities. Requirements: * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Proactivity and willingness to learn.
