




Job Summary: Responsible for operational and support activities in HR/HR Administration, covering hiring/termination, time tracking, payroll, benefits management, and training support. Responsible for operational and support activities in Human Resources and Personnel Departments, including **hiring and termination processes**, **time tracking and payroll**, **benefits management**, **organization of physical and digital files and documents**, and **support for training** and **medical examinations**. Duties combine administrative tasks with support for strategic initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor laws and smooth operation of departmental routines. Responsibilities and Duties * **Hiring and Termination:** Collect documents, prepare employment contracts, calculate severance payments, and assist in exit interviews. * **Payroll and Benefits:** Execute payroll processing, monitor labor legislation, manage benefits, leaves, and absences. * **Control and Organization:** Manage time tracking, organize physical and digital files and documents, track vacation schedules, and arrange periodic medical examinations. * **Recruitment and Selection:** Support recruitment and selection processes and training and development activities. * **Support and Compliance:** Ensure fulfillment of legal and labor obligations, maintain confidentiality of information, and provide routine support to employees. Skills and Competencies * **Knowledge:** Labor law, payroll, benefits, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) legislation. * **Behavioral:** Attention to detail, organization, dynamism, strong communication skills, proactivity, and confidentiality. * **Technical:** Proficiency in payroll systems and ERPs, knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel), and analytical ability for data interpretation.
