We seek a professional with extensive experience across all HR subsystems, specializing in Business Partner activities, operating regionally with a broad business perspective and analytical problem-solving orientation. #### **Main Responsibilities** * Responsible for managing HR processes; * Custodian of the organization’s Code of Conduct; * Responsible for planning, monitoring, and proposing action plans regarding key regional HR indicators; * Responsible for developing the regional HR agenda and sharing monthly results with Regional Leadership, co-creating solutions for deviations; * Responsible for managing regional Recruitment and Selection; * Responsible for managing and validating personnel movements, as well as headcount increases, in coordination with the Regional Manager and respective Corporate Directorates; * Responsible for managing procurement and delivery of corporate and local benefits for the region; * Responsible for managing procurement and inventory of uniforms and PPEs; * Responsible for managing Training & Development (T&D) processes; * Responsible for managing vacation schedules; * Responsible for managing employee separations; * Responsible for mitigating labor vulnerabilities and providing full support to the Legal Department in labor proceedings; * Responsible for coordinating labor inspections by governmental authorities, ensuring timely submission of requested documentation in official notices; * Responsible for managing Occupational Health and Occupational Medicine; * Responsible for monitoring Organizational Climate and suggesting continuous improvement initiatives; * Supporting the Regional Leadership team in developing their respective teams; * Supporting and implementing initiatives directed by Corporate. #### **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Psychology, HR Management, or related fields; * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; * Knowledge of management tools and the PDCA methodology. #### **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance: BRL 20.00/day * Basic Food Basket: BRL 60.00/month; * Mobility Allowance: BRL 8.40/day; * EBD Store; * Life Insurance. #### **Additional Information** * Willingness to travel.
