Ensure data remains up-to-date and processes run efficiently. * Provide customer support via phone, chat, and email—answering questions, delivering information, and resolving issues with a focus on clarity, agility, and courtesy. * Monitor and respond to interactions on Reclame Aqui, handling each case transparently, empathetically, and with resolution-focused attention—protecting the company’s reputation and promoting customer satisfaction. * Handle product unavailability situations by proactively and clearly communicating with customers.
