




Job Summary: Providing service and support to cooperative members, clarifying questions regarding products and services, prospecting customers and negotiating, and performing related tasks. Opportunity to contribute to results and goals **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:15 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with a 1-hour and 15-minute lunch break. **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT* Provide direct or telephone assistance to cooperative members, supporting them throughout agency processes (e.g., clarifying questions about products and services, accounts, cash services, updating registration data, using ATMs, etc.); * Offer and clarify questions regarding the products and services provided by the Institution; * Support management in prospecting new customers and negotiating products and services, aiming to contribute to overall results and achievement of established goals. * Perform other tasks related to the position, as required by the Cooperative and/or as directed by the immediate supervisor; **Requirements:** Education: Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, or related fields; ANBIMA certification or higher, valid and desirable; Requirements: Preferably reside in Limeira/SP; Strong communication, writing, and reading comprehension skills; Good interpersonal skills; Driver’s license category B and highway driving experience; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Willingness to travel. **Benefits:** Disclosed during the interview
