If you enjoy organization, data, technology, and want hands-on experience learning how CRM tools, email marketing, and automation work, this opportunity is for you. **Main Responsibilities** * Support the management and organization of contact databases (leads and customers); * Create and send email marketing, WhatsApp, and SMS campaigns; * Configure automation workflows and customer journeys; * Assist in audience segmentation and list management; * Monitor basic metrics (open rates, click-through rates, deliverability); * Provide operational support on CRM and marketing automation platforms. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields; * Organized with strong attention to detail; * Strong written communication skills; * Interest in digital marketing, data, and automation. **Preferred Qualifications** * Basic knowledge of CRM platforms (Go High Level, RD Station, HubSpot, etc.); * Familiarity with email marketing and sales funnels; * Proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel; * Interest in technology and innovation.
