Opportunity to build a career in air conditioning and refrigeration **JOB: CONSTRUCTION HELPER – IMPERATRIZ/MA** RUACH is hiring a **Construction Helper** to support installation and assembly teams on air conditioning construction projects. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist in the installation of air conditioning systems; * Transport, organize, and verify materials, tools, and equipment; * Assist in assembling supports, piping, and infrastructure; * Perform loading and unloading of materials; * Maintain the construction site clean and organized; * Support the technical team during service execution; * Comply with company safety procedures and regulations; * Perform other supporting tasks as directed by the supervisor. REQUIREMENTS * Completed elementary education (high school diploma is considered a plus); * Availability for travel; * Good physical fitness for construction-site activities; * Organized, responsible, and committed; * Ability to work well in a team. ADDITIONAL ASSETS * Experience as a construction helper, installation assistant, or in civil construction; * Basic knowledge of hand and power tools; * Driver's license category B; * Interest in learning and building a career in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. Salary: R$1.636,09 - R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance Work location: On-site
