If you are communicative, enjoy working with targets, and are passionate about sales and interpersonal relationships, this position may be right for you. Responsibilities: * Provide in-person and online customer service to individuals interested in the Institute’s courses; * Clearly and persuasively present the courses and institutional differentiators; * Conduct negotiations and finalize enrollments; * Track leads and perform follow-ups; * Input and update information in the system/CRM; * Work toward individual and team targets; * Support commercial initiatives and promotional campaigns. Requirements: * Completed high school education (a college degree is preferred); * Prior experience in sales or customer service; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile; * Proficiency with digital tools (WhatsApp, systems, CRM). Preferred Qualifications: * Knowledge of sales techniques; * Experience working with targets and commission-based compensation.
