Requirements: * Technical or undergraduate degree in Chemistry or related fields; * Experience in product development, formulation, or chemical processes; * Knowledge of laboratory equipment operation and interpretation of results. Responsibilities: * Develop new chemical formulations by conducting tests, adjustments, and validations. * Research raw materials, additives, and technologies that can improve existing products. * Conduct performance, stability, and compatibility studies of products. * Monitor and participate in the implementation of new chemical equipment, assisting in calibration, testing, and usage validation. * Create operation protocols, maintenance procedures, and good practices for laboratory and production equipment. * Conduct bench-scale experiments, record results, and propose technical improvements. * Support the engineering and R&D departments in adapting equipment for new processes. * Prepare technical reports, development sheets, and supporting documentation. * Contribute ideas and solutions for continuous innovation of the company’s product portfolio.
