Job Summary: Responsible for operating and monitoring boilers, air compressors, and chillers to ensure steam and refrigeration supply for production. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure proper functioning of equipment Responsible for operating boilers, high- and low-pressure air compressors, and chillers. Monitor critical parameters of these equipment to supply steam for heat or energy production, always in accordance with safety standards and procedures. Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity level associated with the organizational environment as defined by Fruki Bebidas. We value diversity and welcome all people! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate the boiler, supplying it with fuel and treated water, adjusting pressure and flow rate according to production requirements; * Operate high- and low-pressure air compressors; * Operate cold chillers, ensuring that the refrigeration solution meets the needs of the production process; * Ensure proper functioning of equipment by monitoring their respective critical parameters; * Monitor water supply and blowdown system of cooling towers; * Fill nitrogen cylinders and monitor gas consumption (N2, CO2); * Provide lubrication and basic maintenance services to equipment used in the Utilities Central; * Control flow rate and pH of industrial effluents, reporting atypical situations; * Manage storage and equalization of industrial effluents in accordance with pre-established operational procedures; * Monitor water levels in tanks available for industrial supply, reporting atypical situations; * Prepare and add chemicals required for industrial process water, as well as monitor its respective supply. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Boiler Operation Certificate (NR13); * Technical course or ongoing degree in related field is a plus; * Working at Heights Certificate (NR-35) is desirable; * Basic computer and Excel knowledge; * Experience in boiler operation; * Knowledge of compressors, water treatment (WTP and WWTP), and refrigeration systems is desirable; * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 12:36 AM, with a 1-hour break; * Availability to work on weekends when necessary. **Additional Information** LEARN ABOUT OUR BENEFITS: Free cafeteria; Meal voucher; Transportation voucher; Profit Sharing Program (PPR); Unimed Health Plan; Uniodonto Dental Plan; Free life insurance; Study grant; Education assistance; Wellhub (Gympass); Employee Support Channel; Pharmacy partnership; Partnership with selected universities.
