The candidate will provide pedagogical support to students, ensuring effective implementation of the Kumon methodology and contributing to students’ educational development and autonomy. **Responsibilities:** * Assist students with mathematics, Portuguese, and English assignments according to the Kumon methodology; * Correct and review study materials in accordance with established standards; * Monitor individual student progress, identify difficulties, and assist in overcoming them; * Organize and prepare study materials and classroom support resources; * Communicate with parents and guardians, providing information about student progress as needed; * Assist in unit organization and fulfillment of administrative routines related to the teaching–learning process; * Encourage discipline, concentration, and student autonomy during study sessions; * Participate in periodic training sessions to enhance knowledge of the Kumon methodology. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (college degree in related fields preferred); * Strong affinity with mathematics, Portuguese, and English subjects; * Good communication skills and patience when working with children, teenagers, and adults; * Organized, proactive, and responsible; * Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in educational roles or customer service; * Familiarity with the Kumon methodology. **Benefits:** * Tuition scholarship for Kumon courses; * Opportunity for professional growth and development; * Dynamic and collaborative work environment.
