We seek a creative, agile, and digitally savvy individual to support our Social Media team in executing daily tasks, ensuring that content, editorial calendars, and deliverables are produced with quality and on schedule. **Key Responsibilities** * Support planning and organization of the editorial calendar * Plan/Create content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) * Assist in drafting captions, copy, and simple scripts * Support organizing topics, briefings, and timelines * Qualify new followers using Direct Messages and ManyChat * Update performance and metrics reports * Support research on trends and creative references * Interface with design, traffic, and content teams to ensure aligned deliverables ***\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*Minimum Intermediate English Required\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\**** **What We Expect From You** * Strong written communication skills and awareness of digital language * Organizational skills and responsibility regarding deadlines * Hands-on, proactive attitude * Interest in the Social Seller field * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously **Working Hours:** 2:00 PM–6:00 PM on Mondays; 3:00 PM–7:00 PM from Tuesdays to Fridays **Work Model:** 100% Remote **Compensation:** R$ 700.00 initially; after 3 months, the employee enters a growth track within the agency.
