Support in employee assistance and document organization **Human Resources Assistant** We are looking for an organized, proactive professional eager to grow within the Human Resources field to join our team. If you are comfortable with Personnel Department processes and enjoy working with people, this opportunity is for you! **Main Responsibilities:** * Support in **onboarding and integration** processes for new employees. * Assistance in managing **benefits** (transportation allowance, meal allowance, etc.). * Monitoring and closing of **electronic time tracking**. * Support in addressing employee inquiries and clarifying doubts. * Maintenance and organization of departmental documents and files. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in HR Management, Business Administration, or related fields. * **Experience:** Prior experience handling Personnel Department routines (onboarding, benefits, time tracking). * **Computer Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on **Excel**. * **Knowledge:** Basic understanding of labor legislation and familiarity with HR management systems (ERP). **Job Details:** * **Salary:** R$ 2.500,00. * **Working Hours:** 44 hours per week. * **Location:** Grupo Dimensão Calhau Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent position Compensation: R$2.500,00 – R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
