Job Summary: Professional to provide administrative and financial support, focusing on accounting routines, data analysis, and general organization. Key Highlights: 1. Environment that values proactivity and attention to detail **Main responsibilities will include:** * Updating spreadsheets, organizing and archiving administrative and financial documents. * Supporting internal teams, handling phone calls, receiving deliveries and visitors. * Financial control: accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and communication with financial institutions.
