Support enrollment, contract, and payment deadline management to improve financial organization and reduce delinquency. Assist in issuing invoices, managing payments, and organizing cash flow. Update administrative spreadsheets, including active student records, sold plans, and performance indicators. Assist in inventory control of products (supplements, T-shirts, accessories) and internal-use materials. Provide support in scheduling physical assessments and tracking staff activities. Support promotional and customer relationship initiatives, including communication via WhatsApp and social media. Assist in opening and monitoring equipment maintenance requests and organizing the physical space.
