Fabricate mechanical assemblies and equipment according to drawings Perform mechanical maintenance services, including assembling and disassembling machines and equipment, repairing or replacing components and parts, aiming for perfect functionality and extended service life. **Responsibilities and Duties** Carry out routine inspections to assess the condition and operational status of mechanical equipment. Perform preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance on all equipment and related accessories, ensuring proper functionality. Fabricate mechanical assemblies, machines, or equipment according to drawings, as required by the requesting department. Perform maintenance on electric motors, motor-pumps, etc., including replacement of mechanical seals, bearings, and bushings. Perform lubrication, adjustments, and calibrations on all mechanical and pneumatic equipment, in accordance with each machine’s specifications, using appropriate instruments. Monitor production tests, verifying proper machine operation. Assess repair needs for tools used in the production process. Record repairs performed and parts replaced for control purposes. Inspect bearing condition and replace them if necessary, in accordance with established standards. Maintain records and references for equipment and spare parts. Disassemble and reassemble motors, correcting identified defects. Mark, drill, tap, and cut parts manually or mechanically, as required, to fabricate components and machines. Perform oil changes, cleaning, and maintenance of compressors. Install, assemble, and test new machines and equipment. Regularly inspect machines for signs of malfunction, including visual and auditory inspections. Use a variety of electric and manual tools to perform job functions.
