**Description:** The foreman at CFSO will be assigned to Fazenda Furna Azul, located in the municipality of Vila Nova dos Martírios \- MA, being responsible for supervising and managing workers and agricultural activities, production, maintenance, and animal welfare and safety, as well as ensuring task execution and compliance with regulations, coordinating the team, planning work schedules, controlling production and handling quality, and performing basic maintenance on equipment and facilities. Responsibilities and duties Coordinate and guide the team in daily tasks, organize and monitor operational routines ensuring correct animal handling and nutrition practices, ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper use of PPE, control inputs, tools and equipment, record information, convey instructions and report incidents, support the team with practical demands whenever necessary.
