R$ 15,000.00 + benefits 6 hours per day (schedule to be agreed upon) REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and specialization in Occupational Medicine accredited by the MEC. Active registration with the Regional Medical Council (CRM) and in the specialty. Knowledge of Brazilian Regulatory Standards (NRs) and occupational health programs: PCMSO, PGR, and LTCAT. Experience in occupational health and conducting admission, periodic, return-to-work, change-of-function, and dismissal medical examinations. Experience delivering lectures and promoting organizational health initiatives. Ethical, communicative, analytical, and preventive profile. Preferred qualifications: experience in industrial environments, performance indicator management, and participation in audits. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct and supervise admission, periodic, return-to-work, change-of-function, and dismissal medical examinations. Develop, coordinate, and implement the PCMSO in accordance with NR-7. Deliver training sessions and lectures focused on accident prevention and occupational health promotion. Participate in vaccination campaigns, disease prevention initiatives, and quality-of-life programs. Advise employees and managers on medical procedures and preventive measures. Issue technical reports and opinions related to occupational health. Monitor absences and propose actions to reduce absenteeism. Collaborate with the SESMT team to ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations.
