Acts as the first point of contact for the Academic Secretariat, providing initial support, coordinating room and meeting schedules, triaging requests, and ensuring an organized and welcoming service flow. * Conduct first in-person contact with students, faculty, and visitors * Respond to inquiries via telephone, official WhatsApp, e-mail, and the Lyceum system * Accurately direct inquiries to responsible departments (triage) * Schedule meetings and manage bookings for institutional meeting rooms * Perform call triage and appropriate routing of requests * Support reception and service-area organization and signage * Record service interactions and maintain tracking of pending requests * Collaborate to ensure smooth internal interdepartmental information flow * Support institutional events when requested **Requirements and Qualifications** **EDUCATION** Completed high school education. Preferred: Undergraduate studies in progress in Administration, Secretarial Studies, Management, or related fields. **SPECIALIZATION / TRAINING** Prior experience as a receptionist, customer service representative, or in educational customer service settings. Training in digital tools and academic systems (e.g., Lyceum) will be considered an advantage. **LANGUAGE** Basic English proficiency desirable for occasional interactions (not mandatory). **EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE** Experience in public-facing service, both in-person and digital, within an educational environment.
