Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Supervisor to monitor promoters, supervise sales routes, train teams, and ensure the execution and standardization of merchandising activities. Key Highlights: 1. Temporary \- Seasonal Christmas Position; We are looking for a Supervisor to work on-site with Marilan. Responsibilities: * Conduct store visits to monitor promoters and verify activity execution; * Supervise sales routes and points of sale, ensuring compliance with goals and work routines; * Guide and train the team on using check\-in, check\-out, and survey applications; * Monitor promoter attendance, punctuality, and performance, ensuring high-quality execution and standardization of activities; * Support the team with operational questions and ensure alignment between field information and coordination; * Submit reports and feedback regarding results, opportunities, and incidents at stores; * Maintain relationships with store managers and supervisors, reinforcing the partnership between client and field team. Requirements: * Prior experience as a Field Supervisor, Promoter Team Leader, or Merchandising Coordinator; * Knowledge of sales routes, external team management, and performance indicators; * Hands-on profile, results-oriented, strong communication skills, and ability to work effectively with diverse team members; * Strong organizational, planning, and on-site problem-solving skills; * Familiarity with digital tools and field management applications (check\-in/check\-out, surveys, photos, etc.) is preferred; * Completed high school education (a college degree is a plus); * Willingness to travel daily between stores.
