Temporary Position – Seasonal Christmas; We are looking for a Supervisor to work in the field with Marilan. Responsibilities: * Conduct store visits to supervise promoters and verify execution; * Monitor routes and points of sale, ensuring achievement of targets and adherence to work routines; * Guide and train the team on using check-in, check-out, and survey applications; * Monitor promoter attendance, punctuality, and performance, ensuring high-quality execution and standardization of activities; * Support the team with operational questions and ensure alignment of field information with coordination; * Submit reports and feedback regarding results, opportunities, and incidents at stores; * Maintain relationships with store managers and supervisors, strengthening the partnership between the client and the field. Requirements: * Prior experience as a field supervisor, promoter leader, or merchandising coordinator; * Knowledge of route planning, external team management, and performance indicators; * Hands-on profile, results-oriented, with strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse team members; * Strong organizational, planning, and on-site problem-solving abilities; * Familiarity with digital tools and field management applications (check-in/check-out, surveys, photos, etc.) is desirable; * Completed high school education (college degree is a plus); * Willingness to travel daily between stores.
