




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for issuing sales orders and invoices, managing accounts, expenses, and inventory, as well as monitoring loading and unloading operations. Administrative experience required * Issue Sales Orders in accordance with commercial guidelines and policies. • Issue Invoices and Bank Slips, ensuring basic data verification and deadline compliance. • Support order tracking and billing activities alongside the commercial team. * Manage Accounts Receivable, monitoring due dates, payments, and delinquency. Generate daily follow-up reports. • Manage expense accounts ("Caixinha"), performing entries, verifications, and accountability reporting. • Manage scrap bank account, recording inflows, outflows, and balances. * Monitor loading and unloading operations, conducting physical and documentary verification. • Manage inventory to ensure accuracy between physical stock and system records. • Record inflows, outflows, adjustments, and periodic inventories. Administrative experience is required.
