Below are further details about SUDECAP and the internship position: On December 9, 1969, just a few days before Belo Horizonte celebrated its 72nd anniversary, Municipal Law No. 1747 established the Capital Development Superintendency – SUDECAP, with its mission limited to implementing governmental policy for the Municipal Works Plan and planning and executing water supply and sewage sanitation services in collaboration with the Executive Branch’s Direct Administration. **Internship Details:** Internship Location: Rua dos Guajajaras, 1107, Lourdes neighborhood. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM Stipend Amount: R$608.78 plus transportation allowance. **Desired Technical Knowledge:** Basic knowledge of building maintenance, measurements, and civil construction technical standards; Familiarity with construction materials and systems, as well as occupational safety practices applied to maintenance; Proficiency in electronic spreadsheets, report writing, and technical documentation organization. **Responsibilities:** Support for supervision of services; Verification of measurements; Organization of documents; Control of service execution; Preserve and improve building maintenance management.
