We are looking for a professional to fill the position of **Account Executive** on our sales team in Imperatriz. **Main responsibilities** * Position the hotel with respect to key accounts to clearly meet their needs. * Negotiate, on behalf of the hotel, rooms, events, groups, banquets, and other services that may be requested by accounts. * Evaluate and define a contact/visit plan for portfolio clients and prospecting. * Analyze performance indicators and client metrics to identify commercial opportunities and prioritize actions within the portfolio. * Monitor rate parameters. * Understand reports and conduct weekly follow-up. * Provide customer and market feedback to support strategic planning. * Negotiate programs to maximize revenue and profits. * Monitor production for measurement purposes. * Research and assimilate market knowledge to develop competitive programs and action plans. * Deliver a service level to customers that meets and exceeds their expectations. * Play an active role in the local community and industry to contribute to the hotel’s vitality. * Represent the hotel at trade fairs and events to promote and acquire new customers. * Perform other tasks assigned by the Regional Sales Manager or General Manager to support the hotel in achieving its goals. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree; Tourism, Marketing, or related field preferred. Experience in tourism, hotels, travel agencies, and similar sectors. Experience in sales and portfolio management. Residence in Curitiba or Greater Curitiba. Availability for travel.
