What we value in our team: Systemic vision Purpose in action Communication Continuous learning Simplicity and humility Empathy Leadership Ownership mindset What you’ll find here: Inspiring people Extensive, extensive learning Intensity and boldness Leadership Dynamic environment Continuous development **Responsibilities and Duties** Operate various types of trucks: Tanker, Articulated, Tipper, and Rigid.;Accompany and/or perform vehicle loading and unloading;Receive and follow instructions for tasks to be performed;Inspect the vehicle before use and promptly notify authorized workshops and/or immediate supervisor in case of required adjustments;Observe and maintain all vehicle safety devices in perfect working condition, as well as identify, report, and assist in diagnosing mechanical failures;Ensure vehicle refueling whenever necessary, and receive and manage expense receipts related to cost control;Perform basic operational vehicle maintenance;Drive at speeds compatible with location and road conditions;Maintain appropriate relationships with customers, suppliers, regulatory bodies, and others;Drive vehicles for cargo transportation—including 2-axle rigid and articulated trucks—to deliver and collect goods and products, verify required documentation, and execute cargo loading and unloading;Verify planned routes, arrange cargo according to unloading order, observe stacking techniques, secure cargo with ropes, and comply with safety regulations;Ensure proper maintenance of the vehicle under their responsibility—checking for defects, tires, lights, and other equipment;Daily or periodically check tire pressure, water, oil, fuel levels, and overall vehicle condition;Occasionally complete travel expense reports.;; **Requirements and Qualifications** VOCATIONAL EDUCATION (SENAI OR SIMILAR) The **Allonda Group**’s purpose is to **transform the world through sustainability**! **Here, we impact lives!** Our solutions—beyond being sustainable—are planned and executed with a focus on generating shared value for people, clients, and society.
