Analysis of financial, economic, and environmental feasibility of construction works We are seeking a professional to coordinate and develop construction and renovation projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, technical quality, and legal requirements. The professional will be responsible for overseeing internal teams and third-party suppliers, as well as integrating various disciplines involved in the construction process. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise drafters, professionals, and third-party companies in developing architectural, structural, HVAC, ventilation, computer network, alarm system, PABX, and CCTV projects, among others. * Develop architectural plans and projects at all stages, specifying materials, finishes, techniques, and methodologies. * Prepare construction and renovation budgets for corporate buildings. * Produce projects using CAD software. * Prepare technical documentation for submission to public agencies (municipalities, fire departments, etc.). * Perform integration among various construction projects. * Support the construction execution team in resolving technical queries. * Supervise construction works and services, ensuring quality, adherence to schedules, and compliance with safety regulations. * Conduct financial, economic, and environmental feasibility studies related to construction and renovation projects. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning or Civil Engineering. * Prior experience in civil construction projects and works. * Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or similar). * Knowledge of legislation applicable to projects and construction (municipalities, fire departments, environmental agencies, etc.). * Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and suppliers. * Strong organizational, planning, and deadline management skills. **Additional Information:** * Remuneration: R$ 10.000,00 (PJ) + medical assistance; * Availability to work on-site in the western zone of São Paulo; * Availability for technical site visits.
