Today, we remain steadfast in our mission to transform businesses and people through technology, recognized as one of the best companies to work for. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage and enable partners (partner enablement) alongside leading software vendors. * Work directly with vendor partnership programs such as **Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, IBM**, among others. * Manage technical and commercial requirements to maintain partnership levels. * Maximize financial, technical, and training benefits offered by vendors. * Monitor metrics, KPIs, and compliance tasks related to partnership programs. * Identify new business opportunities through cloud ecosystems (**AWS, Google Cloud**, etc.). * Maintain ongoing relationships with channel executives and vendors. * Coordinate internal activities across technical, commercial, and marketing teams to meet partnership requirements. * Participate in strategic meetings, trainings, events, and co\-selling and co\-marketing initiatives. * Prepare performance reports and presentations for partnerships. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Bachelor’s degree completed**: Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. **Proven experience:** Proven experience in **partner management and enablement**, solid knowledge of major software vendor partnership programs, mastery of engagement models, technical requirements, certifications, benefits, and vendor commitments, familiarity with cloud ecosystems (**AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure**), ability to engage with channel executives and internal stakeholders, strong communication skills, organizational ability, and strategic vision; experience in technology companies, systems integrators, consulting firms, or vendor channels is desirable. **Differentiators:** Certifications in partner programs (Microsoft Partner Network, AWS Partner, Oracle Partner, etc.), hands-on experience with co\-selling, co\-marketing, and MDF (Market Development Funds), and experience in multi-cloud environments and enterprise solutions. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Group Life Insurance; * Daycare Allowance; * Transportation Benefit; * Meal Allowance or Food Voucher; * Benefits Club with an extensive network of partners; * Access to Wellhub; * Online personal training consultancy. **Hybrid work model: primarily on-site, with one remote day per week.** **We are located in the Saúde neighborhood, downtown Rio de Janeiro.** In continuous development, we foster a collaborative, respectful, and agile environment. **We invest in talent development** and implement practices that optimize and integrate diverse technological and innovative aspects.
