International Meal Company is one of the largest food retail companies, with shares traded on the Stock Exchange, and our portfolio includes proprietary and franchised brands such as Frango Assado, KFC, Pizza Hut, Viena, Batata Inglesa, Brunella, Margaritaville, LandShark, and RA Catering. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform payroll calculation, verification, issuance, and submission, including social charges and taxes (INSS, FGTS, IRRF); * Analyze and submit events to eSocial to ensure compliance with payroll closing, DCTFWeb, Digital FGTS, Social Security contributions, and IRRF. * Support contract termination processes, performing severance calculations and issuing required documents; * Assist in vacation granting processes, performing calculations, issuing documents, and monitoring deadlines; * Manage statutory absences (illness, maternity leave, work-related accidents, etc.); * Stay updated on labor and social security legislation to ensure company compliance; * Address and advise employees on queries related to the Personnel Department; * Provide technical support to managers regarding labor matters and internal procedures; * Conduct audits and verification of monthly and annual processes, such as RAIS, DIRF, CAGED, and income statements; * Assist in implementing improvements to HR and Personnel Department processes and systems; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields; * Knowledge of labor and social security legislation; * Experience with payroll processing and social charges; * Proficiency in eSocial and ancillary obligations; * Familiarity with Global Antares – Apdata system (desirable); * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Additional Information** Work Model: Hybrid Benefits: * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Medical Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Pharmacy Benefits * Discount partnerships with Educational Institutions * Discount partnerships with Entertainment Companies * Payroll-deductible Loan * TotalPass #### **At IMC Group, every person is an essential ingredient for our recipe’s success.
