Join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for planning and coordinating market communication activities aimed at promoting the company’s brand and its products and services to external and internal audiences. * Create and implement marketing campaigns; * Budget organization, planning, and monitoring for marketing; * Full management of the advertising agency; * Full management of the press office; * Supervise and approve marketing materials with the advertising agency; * Measure and report on marketing campaign performance, derive insights, and evaluate outcomes against defined objectives; * Analyze competitors; * Plan, organize, and execute events; * Monitor and manage social media channels; * Prepare campaign briefings for the agency; * Analyze marketing and digital metrics and data; * Develop monthly content calendars for social media and press office. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration, or related fields; * Advanced writing skills; Desirable technical knowledge: * Microsoft Office suite; RD Station; WordPress; Google Ads; Facebook Ads; Google Analytics; SEO; * Experience in hospitals, health insurance operators, or related sectors is a plus. **Additional Information** * Availability to work in Sorocaba; * Administrative schedule from Monday to Friday; * On-site work model.
