Here, all work is multidisciplinary and every challenge is unique! **As a Senior Management Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation and continuous improvement of the company’s management system, coordinating the design, implementation, and evolution of rituals, forums, and governance processes. This role exists to guarantee compliance with internal guidelines, operate in situations of higher complexity and ambiguity, and support departments and leadership in consolidating management practices aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.** \#LI\-FF1 \#LI\-ONSITE **Responsibilities and Duties** * Structure and enhance the management system, aligning rituals, forums, and decision-making processes with internal guidelines and strategic objectives. Apply process mapping, capability analysis, and workflow design to standardize practices and reduce variation while maintaining efficiency and quality. * Implement and sustain management processes by defining decision criteria, approval workflows, and escalation rules in partnership with key departments. Use RACI, risk matrices, and SLAs, integrating them into corporate systems to ensure fluidity, clarity of responsibilities, and operational predictability. * Ensure the effectiveness of rituals and forums by preparing agendas, consolidating inputs, and recording decisions with quality and timeliness. Manage routine cadences, conduct follow-up on resolutions, and monitor deadlines, generating evidence and ensuring end-to-end traceability. * Act as a governance reference point, monitoring compliance, indicators, and data quality to support process execution. Conduct performance reviews, identify deviations, and recommend structural adjustments to elevate management maturity and mitigate execution risks. * Support leadership in organizing and continuously improving processes, facilitating improvement workshops and sprints using root-cause analysis techniques. Leverage collaboration tools, visual management, and data analysis to prioritize bottlenecks and accelerate solution implementation. * Document policies, standards, procedures, and roles, maintaining updated repositories and controlling versions and access. Use Confluence/SharePoint, naming conventions, and process templates to ensure consistency, auditability, and agile onboarding of new participants. * Interact with Regulatory, Operations, and Audit departments, coordinating evidence, testing, and action plans, and tracking remediations. Monitor compliance indicators, address findings, and sustain the audit trail with complete and timely records. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Solid knowledge of process modeling using BPMN 2\.0, documentation of standards and procedures, DoA and RACI, as well as definition of SLAs and escalation rules applied to rituals and forums (QBR/MBR/DBR). * Desired certifications: CBPP/ABPMP or equivalent, Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, ITIL 4 Foundation or Intermediate, and COBIT fundamentals; advantages include ISO 9001 and familiarity with ISO 27001/GRC. * Intermediate to advanced English for technical reading and stakeholder interaction; * Proficiency in M365, SharePoint, and Confluence for version control and audit trails; * Power BI/Excel for building executive dashboards and validating data quality; consistent experience with workflow/BPM and ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Power Automate) for configuring forms, queues, notifications, and logs, ensuring integrity, timeliness, and traceability of decisions. **Additional Information** **What is the selection process like at PRIO?** We like getting to know you even before the interview, so we ask you to complete some assessments during the registration stage to evaluate your alignment with our Culture :) Next, our HR team will schedule a conversation with you.
