Ensure clarity, efficiency, and focus on results Clinicorp’s Business Operations (BizOps) team is responsible for connecting strategy, data, and execution, ensuring that company decisions are guided by clear metrics, efficient processes, and a focus on sustainable growth. The team operates cross-functionally, supporting leadership in defining strategic priorities, optimizing departmental performance, and building a scalable operation. Within BizOps, the following areas are concentrated: Revenue Operations, ensuring predictability and efficiency in revenue growth Business Intelligence and Data, ensuring reliable metrics for decision-making Process and metric governance, promoting alignment across departments Strategic analyses, such as unit economics, operational efficiency, and tracking of key initiatives The objective of BizOps is to ensure Clinicorp grows with clarity, efficiency, and focus on results—reducing operational friction and accelerating strategy execution. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Creation and management of Customer Success operations performance metrics * Analysis of results, identification of underperformers, and development of action plans * Review and creation of processes * CRM (HubSpot) governance — dashboards and automations * Results presentations (PPT) * Strong analytical and organizational skills, with emphasis on continuous improvement and efficiency. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Mathematics, Data Science, Statistics, or related fields * Experience in Ops (RevOps / BizOps / SalesOps / CSOps) * Experience handling data — Excel / Google Sheets / databases * Experience creating dashboards * Experience with CRMs (experience with HubSpot is highly preferred) * Familiarity with revenue metrics and operational KPIs * Desired experience in Customer Success / revenue expansion from existing customer base * Desired experience in SaaS or healthtech companies **Additional Information** And what benefits will I receive as a Clinicorper under CLT employment?
