Creation of messages for social media interactions **Growing company in the Food Service sector, located in São Paulo/SP.** Sales Assistant - 5 openings * Must reside in São Paulo/SP or ABC region * Monday to Friday - business hours to be agreed upon * R$ 2,200.00 + commission + benefits **\*Personal computer and mobile phone required for remote work\*** **Requirements** * Experience with remote sales * SDR experience is a plus * Experience handling customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and initiating first contact with prospects * Experience in food and Food Service sales is a plus Your responsibilities will include: * Responding to leads arriving via WhatsApp from our advertisements; * Making initial contact, verifying target audience alignment, and introducing the company; * Scheduling meetings for the commercial team to follow up; * Managing and monitoring ongoing lead portfolios; * Prospecting new contacts on LinkedIn using simple and objective outreach; * Drafting responses and messages for the company’s social media interactions; * Organizing information in Excel spreadsheets. ✅ You must have: * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Proficiency with WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, and computers; * Organizational skills and responsiveness in customer service; * Proactivity and ambition to grow; * Demonstrated practical skills (even through personal projects or informal work).
