ITTNET is a company specialized in information technology and telecommunications solutions. We provide services ranging from consulting to system implementation and network infrastructure. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate and execute hiring, termination, and contractual movement processes. Perform payroll verification and closing. Ensure correct submission of information to eSocial, DCTFWeb, and other ancillary obligations. Control and monitor vacations, leaves of absence, banked hours, and working hours. Calculate and verify labor-related liabilities (INSS, FGTS, IRRF). Monitor collective bargaining agreements and correctly apply salary adjustments and benefits. Act in preventing labor liabilities. Provide support during labor inspections and audits. Prepare management reports and area indicators. Advise managers and employees on labor legislation. Previous experience as a Human Resources Specialist, HR Analyst, Personnel Department Coordinator, or Personnel Department Assistant may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
