Laboratory Maintenance The professional will be responsible for managing the pedagogical team’s personnel, including hiring, training, and supervision, as well as managing indicators related to student attendance, retention, and contract renewal rates. They must ensure implementation of the institution’s proprietary methodology, interact with students and their guardians, and provide solutions to daily issues arising in the students’ teaching-learning process. Maintaining classroom laboratories in an organized and fully operational state is also part of the job scope.
