If you are passionate about interacting with customers and delivering high-quality support, this is the perfect opportunity for you! As an Active Telemarketing Operator, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and the company, ensuring all their questions are answered efficiently and courteously. Your responsibilities include active customer outreach via chat or voice, focused on student financing/loans. Outreach is conducted to former students of partner institutions for postgraduate program sales.
