Monitor network assets, applications, databases, and other infrastructures. II. Track high- and low-platform items, physical equipment, and network traffic. III. Supervise NOC routine execution and monitor system alerts, logs, and errors. IV. Register, handle, and escalate events as necessary, ensuring adherence to minimum service level requirements. V. Open tickets for events not automatically registered by monitoring tools.
