A growing and innovative company focused on emerging technologies We are looking for a **Monitoring Analyst** to join our team and reinforce operations, directly contributing to the efficiency of technical processes and the continuous improvement of our customers’ experience. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide service and operational support to field technicians; * Develop and maintain technical support materials for external teams; * Escalate complex or operationally demanding issues to the CGR; * Identify, analyze, and generate service orders (SOs) for mass incidents or route-related issues; * Draft and issue incident notifications, including relevant information, clarification of doubts, and guidance; * Analyze monitoring tools, tracking network indicators and events. **Required Qualifications:** * Availability to work on rotating shifts. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge and experience in the telecommunications industry. * Knowledge and experience with monitoring tools. * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Information Technology, or related fields. **What We Offer:** * Benefits including meal allowance, transportation allowance, dental plan, gym discount, internet allowance, psychological counseling, and a birthday week day off. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, rotating shift schedule. **Why Join Us?** We are a company in constant expansion and innovation, dedicated to delivering the best connectivity experience to thousands of people across the region.
