Documentation of procedures and asset inventory IT Support Analyst Responsibilities: * Provide technical support to users for hardware, software, and systems. * Install, configure, and maintain workstations and peripherals. * Log, track, and resolve tickets using a service desk tool. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. * Document procedures and asset inventory. * Escalate incidents of higher complexity. Requirements: * Technical or undergraduate degree in IT or related fields (completed or currently pursuing). * Knowledge of hardware and software support. * Basic understanding of networks and Windows systems. Qualifications: * Prior experience in technical support is a plus. * Strong communication and organizational skills.
