Verify termination calculations, monitor statutory deadlines, and ensure compliance with labor legislation. Organize and manage employees’ labor documentation. Update employee records and information in the TOTVS system. Support hiring processes, internal transfers, and other administrative HR routines. Liaise with employees, managers, and internal departments to align processes. Ensure adherence to labor regulations and procedures applicable to the hospital network. Previous experience as an HR Analyst, Recruitment and Selection Assistant, HR Coordinator, or Training and Development Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. High school diploma required.
