




Job Summary: Professional responsible for assembling, testing, and maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment, ensuring quality and standardization in production. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to suggest improvements to products and processes ***Requirements:*** * Completed high school; * Technical degree in **Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrotechnics, or related fields is a plus;** * Industrial experience; * Experience assembling machines or electrical panels; * Knowledge of optical fiber; * Proficiency in mechanical and electrical assembly; * Basic knowledge of Excel and computer fundamentals. * Knowledge of CCTV systems, networks, and computers is a plus. ***Responsibilities:*** * Assemble and disassemble low-voltage mechanical and electrical modules and equipment; * Test modules to ensure proper functionality; * Record serial numbers of produced components; * Ensure assembly quality standards by following assembly procedures, testing protocols, and checklists; * Maintain an organized and clean workplace and factory environment; * Request and return parts to the warehouse; * Support production technicians in troubleshooting and standardizing assembly processes; * Suggest product and process improvements focused on cost-efficiency and productivity; * Ensure material availability by verifying and replenishing workstations; * Report urgent shortages to the warehouse and production departments; * Package and store products after assembly; * Handle material movement within production or between departments; * Use required PPE to ensure workplace safety. ***Working Hours:*** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM ***Benefits:*** * Meal Voucher (R$38.50 per day) + vacation meal voucher; * Food Allowance (R$270.00); * Transportation Voucher (3% employee contribution); * Nationwide Unimed health plan with no co-payment; * Dental plan at no cost; * Gympass (currently Wellhub); * Clube Gazeta; * Birthday day off; * Psychological support subsidy; * Profit-sharing program (PPR).
