




Job Summary: The Electrical Technician is responsible for the assembly, maintenance, and testing of electrical systems, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency, while performing inspections, project work, and testing. Conducting electrical tests and equipment parameterization. **Description** The Electrical Technician is responsible for the assembly, maintenance, and testing of electrical systems, ensuring the quality, safety, and efficiency of equipment and installations. Performs preventive and corrective inspections, project design, electrical testing, and equipment parameterization, in compliance with company standards and occupational safety regulations. **Main Responsibilities** * Strictly comply with Quality Management guidelines and the company’s Code of Conduct. * Correctly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE) provided by MPC, adhering to all applicable safety standards. * Implement the 5S Program, maintaining a clean and organized workplace and equipment, preserving company assets. * Ensure proper care and maintenance of tools and instruments, requesting maintenance or calibration whenever necessary. * Carry out tasks according to training, instructions, and established procedures. * Comply with production planning as per cell reports and team leader instructions. * Accurately enter maintenance information into the FAS system and submit Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) when required. * Immediately report any incident or failure during task execution to the responsible supervisor. * Undertake business travel as required. **Generic Activities** * Assembly and connection of electrical systems, including distribution panels, cables, and equipment. * Performing preventive and corrective inspections, repairs, and replacements of electrical components. * Designing electrical installation projects, considering technical standards, safety, and energy efficiency. * Applying safety standards for electrical installations and correctly using PPE. * Conducting tests and measurements to ensure system and equipment quality. * Preparing technical reports, layout drawings, and other documents related to installation and maintenance. **Segment-Specific Activities** * Disassembly and assembly of motors, generators, transformers, and substation yard equipment, including switchgear cubicles. * Performing electrical tests on motors, generators, and transformers. * Operating thermovacuum and vacuum pumps. * Operating ultra-dry air central systems. * Preventive maintenance of substation yard equipment and switchgear cubicles. * Maintenance of air conditioning systems and air drying central systems. * Parameterization of frequency inverters, soft starters, and electronic controllers. **Requirements** * Completed technical education in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields. * 6 months to 2 years of experience in this role. * Attention to detail, responsibility, and commitment to work quality.
