




Job Summary: Provide courteous and efficient service to meet the needs of EDP customers and achieve performance indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities: Deliver courteous and friendly service, accurately identify EDP customers’ needs, and promptly register services to effectively address customer requirements and meet contractual performance indicators.
